At Milk & Blush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair extensions, which is why we offer a straightforward return policy for sets in their original, unopened condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the security seal remains intact and the hair has not been worn or handled.

Return Process

  Check the Security Seal

  Before opening your full set, use the tester swatch included in the box to check the color and quality. Ensure the main security seal remains unbroken to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the hair extensions back into their original packaging and secure them in a protective mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back using a tracked shipping service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
